Between tracking down and dispatching rogue vampires, dealing with New Orleans' unhappy covens, getting to know the "ladies" of Katie's Ladies, and trying to work within the guidelines of the NOPD (New Orleans Police Department,) the main character, Jane Yellowrock, will take a cooking class in book two.
